Schedule & Compensation
Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available
Typical Shift Times:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Coverage Needed: Minimum 36 hours/week, 2–3 weeks/month
Call Options:
12hr Beeper Call (some Saturdays) – optional
8hr Weeknight Call – optional
Overnight shifts – optional
Pay Range: $235–$240/hour (new providers)
Eligible for $10/hr increase after 6 months
Previous Abbott providers start at $250/hr
OT & Holiday Pay: 1.5x standard rate
Call Pay Details:
Weekend Beeper Call 24hr: $1000 pay / $1500 bill
Weekend Beeper Call 12hr: $700 pay / $1000 bill
Weeknight Beeper Call 8hr: $400 pay / $600 bill
Weeknight Beeper Call 12hr: $700 pay / $800 bill
Call Back: 1.5x hourly rate
Note: OT only applies if shift length is changed same-day in QGenda or by on-site manager.
Clinical Details
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (12+)
Support Model: Care Team Model (4:1)
Additional Support: 24hr Anesthesia Aid Department
Procedures: Specialized care only – CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals
EMR: EPIC – experience required
Orientation: Paid 2-day orientation required
Requirements
Board Certification: NBCRNA required
Licensure: MN RN & CRNA licenses required (MN is not a compact state)
Certifications: ACLS & BLS required
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Charting Experience: EPIC required
Residency Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from Minneapolis
Skills Checklist: Required at time of submission
Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
Vaccines: COVID-19 not required
