Minneapolis CRNA Opportunity

Job description

We are seeking CRNAs to provide hospital-based coverage at a tertiary care facility in Minneapolis, MN. This is an ongoing assignment with flexible scheduling options and strong support staff.

Position Details:

Start Date: October, 2025

Contract Length: Ongoing

Orientation: Paid, 2 days required

Schedule Options: 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts

Shifts Available: 6:30a–3p, 6:30a–5p, 6:30a–7p, 6:30a–8p

Call: Weeknight 8-hr call and optional 12-hr beeper call on some Saturdays. Occasional overnight shifts available, not required.

Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred; minimum of 2 weeks per month required

Support: Care team model (4:1) with 24/7 anesthesia aide support

Patient Population: 12+ years old

Practice Setting: Tertiary hospital

EMR: Epic

Procedures: No blocks, spinals, epidurals, or a-lines performed by CRNAs

Requirements:

Active RN and CRNA licenses with MN Board of Nursing

BLS & ACLS required

Minimum 1 year of experience

Clean background and malpractice history

Credentialing: 90–120 days
