Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage at a tertiary hospital in Eastern MN. This role offers flexible scheduling options and a collaborative care team environment.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: December 2025
-Contract Length: Ongoing
-Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred; minimum of 2 weeks per month required
-Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available
-Schedules: 6:30a–3p; 6:30a–5p; 6:30a–7p; 6:30a–8p

Call:
-12-hour Saturday beeper call (optional)
-8-hour weeknight call
-Overnight shifts (weeknight/weekend) available but not required

Work Details
-Patient Population/Age: 12+
-Support Staff: Care team model (4:1)
-CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals
-EMR: Epic

Practice Setting
-Hospital – Tertiary facility

Requirements
-Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing (required)
-Registered Nurse Anesthetist – MN Board of Nursing (required)
-ACLS & BLS
-Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
