CRNA Locum Opportunity – Owatonna & Faribault, MN
Start Date: December 8, 2025
Contract Length: Ongoing

We are seeking an experienced CRNA licensed in Minnesota for a dual-site locum assignment at Owatonna and Faribault Hospitals. This opportunity offers a mix of general and OB cases with both supervised and unsupervised practice models.

Position Details
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00a–3:30p (Elective)
o Friday: Emergent cases only (C-sections, limited additional cases)
o Call: PM and weekend call required (rotated among providers)
• Shift Length: 8-hour days
• Coverage: Full-time availability strongly preferred; will consider providers with at least 2 weeks/month
• Float Requirement: Providers must be willing to work at both facilities (20 minutes apart)

Facility Breakdown
Owatonna:
• Supervised model (1 MD onsite, not on call)
Faribault:
• Unsupervised model – strong, independent CRNA required
• VBAC/TOLAC experience required
• Strong OB experience necessary

Clinical Scope
• Case Types: General and OB
• Procedures: VBAC/TOLAC, TAP blocks, epidurals, spinals, peripheral blocks, ENT, peds
• Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics
• Environment: Level II hospitals; collaborative anesthesia teams
• Support: MDs available for assistance; independent work expected at Faribault

Requirements
• Licensure: Active Minnesota CRNA license (MN)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Skills: Strong OB and regional anesthesia proficiency; comfortable in both supervised and unsupervised environments

Additional Information
• All call is beeper call with a 30-minute response time
• Both facilities provide on-site sleep rooms for CRNAs on call
• Weekend call covers Friday evening through Monday morning
• No cardiac surgeries at either site (cardioversions/TEEs done by cardiologists only)
