Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to join a tertiary care facility in southeast Minnesota. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and an ongoing contract with options for full-time or part-time availability.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts
• Shift Times: 6:30a–3p, 6:30a–5p, 6:30a–7p, 6:30a–8p
• Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred; minimum 2 weeks/month required
• Call:
– Optional 12-hour beeper call on select Saturdays
– Optional 8-hour weeknight call
– Open to those interested in occasional overnight shifts (weeknights/weekends)

Work Details
• Support Model: 4:1 Care Team Model with 24-hour anesthesia aide department (handles room turnovers, supply management, etc.)
• Patient Population: 12 years and older
• EMR: Epic
• Procedures: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

Practice Setting
• Hospital-based anesthesia care within a tertiary facility

Requirements
• Licensure: Active MN Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist license (MN Board of Nursing)
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
