Job description

Full-time CRNA opportunity in Minnesota at a Level III tertiary hospital offering flexible scheduling, supportive care team model, and an ongoing contract starting immediately!

Schedule Details:
Shift Options: 8s, 10s, 12s, and 16s
Typical Hours: 6:30a–3p, 6:30a–5p, 6:30a–7p, or 6:30a–8p
Call: Optional 12-hour beeper call (some Saturdays) and 8-hour weeknight call
Overnights: Occasional weeknight/weekend overnights available, not required
Coverage Need: Full-time preferred; minimum two weeks/month required
Orientation: Paid, 2 days

Practice Setting
Facility Type: Hospital – Level III Tertiary Center
Team Model: Care Team 4:1 with 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department
Patient Population: Ages 12+
EMR: Epic
Procedures: CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements
Licensure: Active MN RN and CRNA licenses required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (AHA)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Credentialing: 90–120 days

Compensation & Terms
Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
OT: 1.5x after 40 hrs/week
Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate on major holidays
Contract Type: Ongoing
