Assignment Details:

- Start: ASAP upon credentialing
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Schedule: 6:45am-3:15pm Monday-Friday
- Case Types: General, Pediatrics, Ear, Nose and Throat, Orthopedic, Obstetrics, Urology, Diabetes Insipidus, Vascular
Care Team Model: Independent
- EMR: Epic
- Travel and Lodging: Covered under reimbursement model
- Medical Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
