ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2688027
• Location: Southern Missouri
• Target Start: May 12th
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: Days, 40 hours guaranteed
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, (7a-5p), (7a-3p)
• Call Details: *Call is Optional* weekday call 3p-7a, 1 weekday call per week, 1 weekend per month (24 weekend call)
• Amount of coverage needed: Full Time, minimum 2-3 weeks per month
• Supervision: One Anesthesiologist
• Patients per day: 12-15
• Patient population/age: all ages
• Department description: 5 CRNAs covering OR, GI Lab, OB C-section emergencies and Epidurals
• EMR: Meditech, CRNAs document on paper intraoperatively
• Hospital bed size: 114 beds, Level II Trauma
• Types of Case: TEE, cardioversions (rare), no Cath lab unless an emergency, ER if emergency
• Skills required: manage all of surgery, endo, OB, and epidurals
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active MO License or Compact, BLS, ATLS, PALS, 1 year experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
