Start Date: January

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule: Might be asked to do back up call

Work Details:
· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric, neonatal
· Providers Requested: 7
· EMR: Paper Charting
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex orthopedic, pain management techniques, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, epidural steroid for lumbar, epidural steroid for cervical, transforaminal, central line placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement
· MUST work without supervision and be proficient in blocks.
· provider must be 90+ miles from facility

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active MO License Only
· CSR: Yes
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BNDD

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
