Job Title: Full-Time CRNA Locum Tenens – Lebanon, Rolla & Mountain View, MO
Location: Primarily Lebanon & Rolla, MO (occasional coverage at Mountain View)
Type: Locum Tenens (Full-Time Coverage)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday + On-Call Rotation

Overview:
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking full-time CRNA locums to join the team and provide anesthesia coverage across our Lebanon and Rolla campuses, with occasional needs at Mountain View. This is an ongoing need while a permanent provider is recruited. The facility has adequate part-time support and is only considering full-time availability at this time.

Work Schedule:

Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekday Call: After scheduled cases (typically 3:00–5:00 PM) until 7:00 AM the next morning

Weekend Call: Friday 3:00–5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM (includes 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday)

Call Frequency: 1 call shift per week + 1 weekend per month

Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch

Case Types/Procedures:

General Anesthesia

Epidurals (preferred)

Regional Nerve Blocks (preferred)

Central Lines (preferred)

MAC

No Neuro or Cardiac cases

Requirements:

Full-Time Availability Only – Part-time interest will not be considered

COVID-19 Vaccination is required to submit

Active Missouri license (or willing to obtain)

Board Certified/Board Eligible CRNA

Previous experience in hospital and ASC settings preferred
