Monday-Tuesday (7:00am-4:00pm)

• Support staff:  Working Independently

• Vaccines Mandatory?: No
• Avg. Daily Census: 10-12 per day
• OR Rooms: 1
• Patient Age Group: 16+ Age (Mainly Adults)
• Procedures: Endo / Gastro
• Equipment: NA

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: No
• State License(s): MO
• Certifications: BLS
• CSR Req’d: No
• DEA Req’d: No
• Years of Experience Req’d: 3-5+ Years

Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency Privs if needed (2-4 Weeks)
