Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays (2x9s)

Facility Details:
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Surgery
• Average Daily Census: 10–12 cases per day
• Charting System: Paper charting
• Operating Rooms: 1
• Support Staff: Independent role (no Anesthesiologist or CRNA on-site)

Case Mix & Patient Population:
• Procedures: Endoscopy and Gastroenterology (all outpatient)
• Patient Age Group: 16+, primarily adults
• Turnaround Time: 10–15 minutes per case
