Job description

7a-3p/Call hours: 3p-7a (this is treated as one shift with call hours not 2 separate shifts)

Call Schedule: Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend

SPECIFIC DATES COVERAGE IS NEEDED:

November 10 - 14
November 24 - 26 (x2)
November 28
December 22-24, 26 (x2)
December 29 - 31, January 2-4

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history, and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Epic

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated/accepting exemptions

Licenses: ACLS, PALS; DEA/CSR

• Type of cases required: Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General; Peds (1 yr and up) Supervision: All CRNA practice Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
