Job description

Start Date: October 27, 2025 (after ~30 days credentialing)
End Date: January 23, 2026 (with ongoing coverage possible)
Schedule: 7:00a–4:30p, 4 days per week (option for 5)
Call: None
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Case Types:
ESRD interventional cases: fistula creations, graft placements, thrombectomy, angioplasty, UFE, stent placements
Average: 7–10 cases per day
No cardiac, heads, or OB cases

Practice Model:
Supervised model
Solo CRNA with physician supervision (not medically directed)
EMR: NextGen (training provided)

Requirements:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active NJ license preferred (licensing support/reimbursement available for long-term commitment)
Minimum 3 years’ experience required (no new grads)
ACLS and BLS required (ALS acceptable, PALS not required)
Proficiency with supraclavicular blocks (ultrasound-guided) preferred
Must be comfortable as the solo CRNA in facility

Compensation:
$220/hour
Travel & lodging not provided

Approx. 30 days
