Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 10-Hour Days
Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only | No Call Required

Highlights:
• All CRNA Practice – No Call! Wide range of cases: OB, Peds, Ortho, ENT, Vascular & more
• Block Skills Required – Must be proficient in Spinals, Epidurals & Blocks (case logs needed)
• Modern Facility – 8 ORs, 7 Providers per day, EMR: MedAxion

Coverage Dates Needed:
Oct 20–24, Oct 27–31, Nov 3–7, Nov 10–14, Nov 17–21, Nov 24–28
Dec 15–19, Dec 22–24, Dec 26, Dec 29–31, Jan 2

📝 Requirements: Active DEA & CSR | Credentialing: 30–60 days
