CRNA Wanted / Roswell, NM

Seeking full-time OB CRNA to join our 3-person OB CRNA team that covers two facilities in Roswell, NM - Lovelace Regional Hospital and Eastern New Mexico Medical Center - for a total of approximately 700 annual deliveries

High paying position for a low-clinical-demand schedule. Collaborative and supportive group with a strong work-life balance culture.

2 years of OB anesthesia experience preferred

Position Highlights:
Predictable & Manageable Call Model:
17 weeks/year of primary home call (never in-house) — 7-day stretches averaging 15–23 patient encounters/week
Followed by 5 days of backup call — low volume, usually 0–2 calls for the entire week
Then, 9 days completely off, or stack rotations and enjoy 2 consecutive weeks off

Lifestyle & Flexibility:
No in-house call requirement
True schedule autonomy — the CRNA team manages coverage collaboratively
Significant time off and flexibility to swap shifts or plan extended breaks

OMPENSATION DETAIL
$380K (Including $25K retention bonus paid annually)
1099 practice
$75k Sign-On/ Relocation Bonus with three-year commitment
