20 minute response time

All CRNA Practice
Types of Cases Required: Ortho, Gynecology, OB (less than 200 deliveries/year), Dental, Podiatry
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Number of providers during the day: 2
EMR System: Cerner

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

Other Licensure Requirements: DEA and CSR required
