CRNA Needed in Shiprock, NM

Contract Length: 6+ months
Shift Details:
Schedule:
- Day Shift Monday through Friday 0700-1530 on non-holidays. Paid at the regular
hourly rate. Overtime will be worked on an "as needed basis". Any hours worked over
the normal scheduled time will be paid at the regular hourly rate. On Call (carrying the
pager): weeknight hours 1530-0700 the next morning; weekend hours Friday 1530-
0700 Saturday; Saturday 0700-0700 Sunday; Sunday 0700-0700 Monday; Holidays
0700-0700 the following day. All on-call hours are paid at the same On-call rate.
Hospital bed size: 60 inpatients, 4 ICU beds
Board Certification: required
State license required: Any state license will be accepted
Certifications required: Certifications. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS),
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) is
mandatory
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Willing To License?: Any state licence will be accepted
