**$15K COMPLETION BONUS (ONE-TIME BONUS - (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks) **
- Shift Type: 10 and 12.
- Regular Hours: Required.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, OB.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 30.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 1:3 and 1:4 depends on a day.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Other notes about the site: We have 17 CRNAs and about 45 MDs in our group. It’s a young collective group and we all work well together.
- Credentialing: 90 days.
