Job description

Dates - May 1st- Monday- Friday – This will be an ongoing assignment until perms are in place and new group has fully taken over the schedule – New group is a 2 FTE newly formed local group.

Census- Cases include: Ortho, General Surgery, Eyes, Endoscopies, spines, and some Peds dental. No hearts, heads, OB, or Epidurals. Amount of cases per day are dependent on which they are seeing. Ex: eyes are quick cases and could see a high volume versus Ortho and Endo etc.

EMR- Paper Charts

COVID Vaccine- Required? Or Declination? Yes (may allow exemptions)
Credentialing Timeframe? Emergency Privileges Available? Can grant emergency privs in 2 weeks with a clean file.

Looking for mileage and hotel providers as opposed to people who need to fly in.
