Job description

Region: Central North Carolina – float pool across multiple hospitals

Details:
- Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s with 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Shift hours: 7a–3p or 7a–5p
- CRNAs will be medically supervised or directed depending on location
- Providers must be able to float between Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center
- Practice setting: hospital

Annie Penn:
- Medically supervised model
- 4 ORs and 3 Endo rooms
- Case types: general, ortho, vascular, urology, GYN, robotics
- Patient age: 12+
- 20–30 cases per day across all rooms
- EMR: Epic

Wesley Long:
- Medically directed model
- 11 ORs
- Case types: ortho, general, urology, GYN, bariatrics, robotics
- No peds
- EMR: Epic

Moses Cone:
- Medically directed model
- 20 ORs and 5 NORA sites (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI)
- Case types: general, ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, trauma
- Preferred skills: vascular, neuro, peds (not required to do hearts or lungs)
- EMR: Epic

Requirements:
- Board certified CRNA
- Active North Carolina license required at time of submission
- ACLS and PALS required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience
- No new grads accepted

Important Notes:
- Credentialing takes 60–90 days
- Optional call available (8-hour or 12-hour)
- Holiday pay is 1.5x standard rate for major holidays
