Job description

Model: Medical Supervision

Case Mix Includes:

ARMC: General, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN (~1000 deliveries/yr), urology — everything except hearts and complicated peds

Mebane: Healthy peds dental and ENT, ENT, cataracts, ortho (no totals), endoscopy

Site Coverage Details:

ARMC: 4 physicians, 15 CRNAs/day (14 sites) - Call coverage is at Alamance

Mebane: 1 physician, 3 CRNAs/day (3 sites)

CRNAs handle epidurals during the day; MDs handle epidurals on their call nights/weekends (1:7 rotation)

EMR: Epic
