Job description

Location: North Dakota
Dates: November 23, 2025 – May 23, 2026
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (every night and weekend while on assignment; primarily OB call, 20-min response time)

Practice Model: Independent CRNA practice
ORs: 2
Credentialing: 45–60 days (temps available with clean background/malpractice history)
Sleep room provided when on call

Case Types:
Endoscopy
Ophthalmology
OB/GYN
General surgery
Trauma
Neonatal

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted North Dakota license
DEA/CSR
Case logs (spinals, blocks, epidurals)

Compensation:
$220/hour
Travel and lodging included
