Job description

Start: Nov 23 | Ongoing
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off | 7a–3p
Call: Yes, 3p–7a | Every night & weekend while working (mostly OB) | 20-min response time
Model: All CRNA practice (solo coverage)
Cases: Endo, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, Neonatal
Requirements: Active ND license, DEA/CSR, case logs (spinals, blocks, epidurals)
Credentialing: 45–60 days (temps available w/ clean file)
Setting: 2 ORs, single CRNA coverage
EMR: Meditech + paper charting
