Location: Toledo, OH
Start Date: June 9, 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Work Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s
Call: Not required
Case Types: Bread & Butter – ortho, general, endo, gyn, some minor vascular/neuro (no heads, no hearts, no OB)
Ages of patients: Adults (majority), some pediatrics (not required to work peds if uncomfortable)
Ratio of MDs to CRNAs: 1:4
Anesthesia Model: Directed
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days (Temp privileges available)
