📍 Location: Dayton, OH 🏥 Setting: Inpatient hospital, Level I Trauma Center 🗓️ Coverage Start Date: July 1, 2025 🕐 Schedule: Open to 1-2 weeks on / 1-2 weeks off or full-time ⏰ Shift Times: TBD; 40 shifts/month expected 💼 Practice Model: Supervision 📞 Call: None 📋 EMR: Epic ✈️ Travel: Mileage reimbursed; may consider flights and lodging for non-locals Responsibilities CRNA role in a supervised model Orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN Pediatric cases ~10% Daily case volume: 4–15 depending on complexity Requirements Board Status: Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required OH License: Active – Required DEA: Required CSR License: Required Minimum Experience: 1 year Peripheral Nerve Blocks: TBD (not confirmed if required) Additional Details End Date: Ongoing until permanent hires are made Privileges: Full or temp privileges available Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
