CRNA needed in OH:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 26 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 7a-3p (Call hours: 3p-7a); Looking for 2 on 2 off rotation
Work Details: General, PEDs, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, Podiatry; Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals

OH License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
