Job description

📍 CRNA Opportunity – Toledo, OH Area
We’re looking for 2 experienced CRNAs for a locum assignment across multiple hospital sites in the Toledo, OH area.

📅 Start Date: June 9
📆 Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s
📞 No Call
🕐 3-month contract with option to extend
🏥 Facilities: Providers will float between 5 nearby locations (within 15–20 minutes of each other)
💼 Case Types: Bread & Butter – Ortho, General, Endo, GYN, Minor Vascular/Neuro
❌ No OB, No Heads, No Hearts
🧒 Ages: Mostly adults, occasional peds (peds experience not required)
👨‍⚕️ Supervision Model: 1:4, medically directed
🖥️ EMR: Epic
📋 Temp Privileges: ~30 days
🏨 Lodging & Mileage provided
📌 Requirements:
Active OH license
BC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
