Mon- Fri 7a-7p

Case Types: Orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN
Ages of patients? Adults/peds (10% on peds)
Anesthesia Model: Supervision
New Grad: Yes, minimum 1 yr experience

EMR: EPIC

MUST have an active OH License to be presented
DEA required
CSR required

Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 60 days

Hourly Pay Rate / Range: $205 + mileage
Medical Malpractice insurance covered
