CRNA needed near Findlay, OH starting 90 days and working on going.

Job description

- Run 3-4 ORs daily: OR, endo, OB, cardiology
- Community Hospital Level 3 trauma, Level 1 OB. 30 inpatient beds, 5 ICU beds, 10 OB beds
- CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNAs daily
- Autonomous, independent setting
- Cases: ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology – TEE, cardioversion. GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot
- Team averages 17 cases/day
- Call: 1:6 call, post call day off, call is from home/call apartment with less than 30 min call back time for emergency OB C-section
- Schedule: M-F 7a-5p. weekends and holidays are covered by on-call provider.
- Independent CRNA group, weekends off unless on call, done by 5 pm or earlier on weekdays unless you are on-call
- EMR: epic
- Credentialing takes 3 months
