Region: Northern Ohio – metro-based assignment with multi-facility coverage

Top Highlights:
- 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3-day-per-week scheduling options
- Fast 30-day credentialing
- Epic EMR required

Details:
- Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
- Schedule: 5x8hr shifts or 4x10hr shifts, open to 3-day-per-week availability
- CRNAs are always supervised
- No hearts, heads, neonates, or OB
- Peds experience preferred but not required
- Epic EMR required
- CRNAs float across multiple hospitals and surgical centers in the metro region
- Facilities range from Level 1 to Level 3
- Case volume varies by site, typically 2–15 cases per day
- Practice settings include hospitals and outpatient surgical centers

Requirements:
- Board certification required
- Active license required at time of submission
- Must be comfortable floating within the regional system
- Epic experience required
