Regular Hours: 7a–3p

Call: Every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend

Call Type: OR call only (no OB)

Response Time: 45 minutes

Clinical Environment

Practice Model: All CRNA practice – no direct supervision

Support Staff: 3 providers per day

ORs: 4

Case Types: Endoscopy, podiatry, general surgery, ortho, urology

Procedures: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

EMR: EPIC


Requirements

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

License: Active, unrestricted state license

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available for candidates with clear background and malpractice history)
