POSITION OVERVIEW
Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma
Schedule: As little as 1 week per month - Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Call: No call required
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

HIHGLIGHTS
Flexible Scheduling: Open to CRNAs available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks per month
Case Types: Bread & Butter, Orthopedics, GI - No heads, hearts, OBs or Blocks required
Practice Model: CRNAs work independently and perform their own cases. An anesthesiologist is available for support and handles more complex cases.
Hourly Rate: $225/hr + Travel & Lodging

Requirements:
Active or Eligible for Oklahoma CRNA License
DEA (can take 4–6 weeks if not already held)
Current Flu Vaccination
