$225 CRNA Needed in Ardmore, OK

Job description

Assignment Details:
Location: Ardmore, OK (1.5 hours south of Oklahoma City, 2 hours north of Dallas)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing assignment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–3p
Call: None

Clinical Details:
Case Types: Bread & butter, ortho, GI
OB & Blocks: Regional & epidurals are a plus, but not required
No Heads or Hearts
Practice Model: CRNAs perform their own cases; anesthesiologist available for support and more complex cases

Requirements:
Active Oklahoma CRNA license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA (can take 4–6 weeks if new)
Flu vaccine required

Credentialing & Licensing:
Credentialing timeframe: ~6 weeks
Candidates willing to license in OK will be considered

Compensation & Travel:
Rate: $225/hr + travel & lodging
Lodging: $150/day stipend (7 days/week)
Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided; 1 roundtrip flight + rental car considered with a 3-month commitment
