CRNA Job Opportunity in Oklahoma 2 Hours North of Dallas

Location: 1.5 hours south of Oklahoma City, OK; 2 hours north of Dallas, TX
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
No Call
Inpatient & Outpatient procedures

Case Types:
Bread & Butter
Ortho
GI

Additional Details:
No heads or hearts cases
OB and Blocks (regional & epidurals) are a plus but not required
Anesthesia Model: CRNAs manage their own cases; supervision available if needed. Anesthesiologists handle more complex cases.

Requirements:
Willing to obtain Oklahoma License (client accepts licensing candidates)
DEA (4-6 weeks to obtain if not already held)
Flu vaccine

Licensing & Credentialing:
Oklahoma License preferred
Credentialing & Privileging: 6-8 weeks
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $255 + mileage & lodging
