CRNA Locums to Perm with ASC 1hr South of Salem, OR

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: LOCUMS TO PERM ONLY
Shift Details: Generally 730 to 430, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. MUST BE WILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH BEING SENT HOME EARLY IF THERE ARE NO CASES.
Schedule: 3 to 5 days/week as desired; no holidays/nights/weekends
Support staff: Nurses and scrubs
Amount of coverage needed per month: 12 to 20 days/month
Patients per day: Depends (cataracts could be 20-25 in a day; plastics could be 1 long day)
Patient population/age: Adults
EMR: SIS
Special procedures: Outpatient – eye, plastics, pain, and podiatry surgeries
Skills required: MAC and General Anesthesia.
Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center – Roseburg and/or Eugene. Once full time the CRNA will split time between the two locations. If they are only working 3 days a week they can cover just Eugune if wanted.
Board Certification: NBCRNA
DEA Required: Yes
Certifications required: Oregon licensure
Minimum experience required: New grads accepted? Yes
