Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 26 weeks; flexible
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts per week
Job details: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures

OR License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
