MUST HAVE OR LICENSE
EMR: EPIC
Required Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.
Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.
Licenses and Certifications: Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred

Critical Access Hospital
# Of ORs: 3 + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
# MD’s and # CRNA’s in practice: 1 MD, 4 CRNA (All Autonomous)
Case Census: Variable, average 5-20 cases per day which includes Endo & cataracts. Anesthesia runs 2-4 rooms per day.
Facility will provide housing, must use facility provided housing. Flights are covered as well as rental car.

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Call Ratio: Possibly 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.
