Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Orodell, OR

Job description

- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week.
- Call Ratio: Possibly 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.
- Required Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.
- Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.
- Special procedures: Main procedures are ortho, general surgery, mostly outpatient surgeries.
- Skills required: General Anesthesia. Inpatient hospital setting bit mostly outpatient surgeries
- Licenses and Certifications: Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Credentiling timeframe: 60 - 90 days.
