Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage at a critical access hospital in Northeast Oregon. This assignment offers a balanced mix of surgical cases, autonomy within a supportive team, and a flexible schedule in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2026
• Contract Length: 3–6 months
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Call: Possible 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month (OB proficiency required if taking call)
• EMR: EPIC

Work Details
• Types of Cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy (no heads, hearts, or spine)
• Required Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, epidurals, endoscopy, peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC line preferred but not required)
• Case Volume: 5–20 cases per day, including endoscopy and cataracts; anesthesia runs 2–4 rooms daily
• Team Structure: 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (all autonomous)

Practice Setting
• Critical Access Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Oregon CRNA license required
• DEA: Preferred
• Accepting New Grads: Yes
