CRNA | 3–6 Month Coverage | La Grande, OR

Job description

Dates: 1/5/2026 – 3–6 months
Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts/week
Call: 1 weekday/week, 1 weekend/month (OB proficiency required for call)
EMR: EPIC

Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, epidurals, endoscopy, peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures. PICC lines preferred but not required.

Case Mix: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, or spine cases.

Licenses/Certifications: Oregon CRNA license

• Flexible contract 3-6 months
