Requirements: Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED Active Pennsylvania License – PREFERRED (Will consider candidates needing to obtain a license) Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, CPR DEA Not Required Minimum 1 Year Experience – REQUIRED Minimum Availability: 5 days/month REQUIRED Candidates cannot reside within 40 miles of UPMC Harrisburg – REQUIRED Details: Start Date: February 1, 2025 Pay rate: $260/hr End Date: Ongoing Setting: Hospital-Based Anesthesia Shifts Available: 8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 10-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends Available Duties: Work under medical direction General Anesthesia Perform lines, epidurals, and spinals if experienced No on-call requirements Estimated Cases Per Day: 40-60 Privileges Available: Full & Temp Privileges EMR System: Epic Support Staff: Physician Supervision (Concurrency 3:1 or 4:1 Ratio) Anesthesia Techs (1:4 Locations), CRNAs Covering Codes & Airway Management Practice Setup: Covers 20 ORs, 3 L&D ORs, 2 EP ORs, 1 GI Lab, 1 TEE/CV Lab, 1 MRI, and 2 IR Locations NOT a Trauma Center (Overflow Trauma Cases Only) Specialties Covered: General, Thoracic, Cardiothoracic, Renal Transplant, Neuro, Ortho, GI/GU, GYN, Endo, Cardiac Interventional/EP, OB/L&D, Neuro Interventional, Robotics No Pediatric Cases Requirements: Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED Active Pennsylvania License – PREFERRED ACLS, BLS, CPR – REQUIRED Minimum 1 Year Experience – REQUIRED Candidates must live outside a 40-mile radius from UPMC Harrisburg Availability at Time of Name Clear – REQUIRED Clean Malpractice Background – PREFERRED
