Facility in Harrisburg, PA seeking CRNA locums coverage Rates: $260/hr Shift & Coverage Requirements Shifts: 8 or 10 hours (weekday focus); some 12s and 16s possible Workweek: Monday – Friday (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off considered) Estimated Monthly Shifts: 20 On-Call: None Practice Details Setting: Operating Rooms, Hybrid OR, Endoscopy Suite, Bronchoscopy Suite, EP Labs Support Staff: CRNAs, anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs (setup, machine checks) Staffing Model: 1:3 CRNA-to-physician ratio, depending on case and patient acuity CRNA Role: Spinals and blocks (if previously trained), code response, airway management Typical Cases General surgery, orthopedic trauma, spine, urology, GYN, gynecologic oncology Vascular and thoracic cases, surgical oncology, colorectal, plastics Cardiac interventional/EP procedures, robotic surgery Excluded Cases: No OB, pediatric, or cardiac surgery EMR System: Epic Candidate Requirements Certification: Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) Licensure: Pennsylvania license (or willing to obtain) Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPR – Required Geographic Requirement: Must reside more than 40 miles from the hospital
