CRNA Needed in Dubois, PA

Start Date: 9/2/25
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift Details: 5 x 8 or 4x10
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7a-3:30p or 7a-5:30p with unpaid lunch

Work Details:
• Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists per day, 15-18 CRNAs on each day.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time
• Patients per day: average volume is around 40 anesthesia cases/day which includes endoscopy. No one CRNA is responsible for all cases in the OR and cases per CRNA will vary based on daily assignment.
• Patient population/age: Adults (Pediatric experience preferred, but not required)
• Department description: Medical Direction; 11 ORs (8 running daily), 2 CVORs, and offsites include GI, Bronch, cath lab, OB. CRNAs cover 1 room at a time and physicians cover up to 4 rooms.
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 272
• Skills required: General, ENT, GYN, OB, plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro and thoracic is PREFERRED.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital – Level II Trauma

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, CRNA
• State license required: Yes, State of PA
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years.

Credentialing Timeframe: temps in 2-3 weeks; full privs take 60-90 days
