October onward:

4–5 days per week

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Coverage:

8 days/month

Additional vacation coverage needed in October and December

Patient & Clinical Information

Patient Volume: Fewer than 20 patients per day

Patient Population: Adults (Pediatric experience preferred but not required)

Skills Required:

General anesthesia

Bread and butter cases

Eyes

Orthopedics

No: Heads, hearts, or OB cases

Requirements

Licensure: Pennsylvania state license required

DEA & CSR: Not required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 3–4 weeks
