Practice Setting: High-Volume Academic Medical Center | Team-Based Model

Start Date: February 2, 2026
End Date: May 1, 2026

Schedule:
8s or 10s (flexible scheduling)
Typical start: 6:30 AM | “Wheels in” by 7:10 AM
No solo work
Rotation for breaks/lunch relief

Case Volume:
~65 cases/day | ~350/week | ~18,000 annually
~2 cases overnight
Up to 24 active OR sites

Case Mix / Specialties:
Heavy Surgical Oncology focus (including intraoperative chemoperfusion)
Complex Neuro, Thoracic, Major Vascular, Cardiac, EP Lab
Intracranial/Spine, Robotics, General, Colorectal
ENT, GI, Plastics, Ortho, Urology, GYN
Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, Bronch
No OB
EMR: Cerner (SA Anesthesia)
Model: Fully Medical Direction (MD + CRNA +/– SRNA)

Compensation:
$215/hr + Travel & Lodging
Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
