Job description

Start date: January or ASAP

Contract Length: 13 weeks, with option to extend

Shift Details: 40 hour work week (*Will ONLY consider candidates that can work every week, no part timers.)

Schedule: 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Shift Type: 8 hour

Regular Hours: Required

In House Call : Not Needed

Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Not Needed

Weekend - On Call (Pager): Not Needed

Is there overtime expected?: No

8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Providers are expected to be working for the entire duration of their respective shifts (excluding the unpaid lunch break), totaling 8 hours of work time.

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 11
Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes
What is the CRNA to MD ratio?: 4 to 1
Are MDs doing their own cases?: Yes

Responsibilities:
Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed
