📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as credentialed
🔹 Assignment Length: 6-month contract
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
🔹 Shift Details: 4x10s
🔹 Call Requirements: No call, no weekends
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days; temporary privileges available with a clean background
🔹 Travel & Lodging: Fully covered

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Level I Trauma Center, hospital-based, high-acuity environment
🔹 Care Team Model: Supervised care team model (1:3–4 ratio) with anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a teaching facility
🔹 Case Mix: Bread and butter cases, trauma, orthopedics, complex vascular, head, spine, neuro, OB, pediatrics, regional, thoracic (no cardiac)
🔹 Case Volume: High
🔹 Coverage Sites: Hospital and affiliated surgical locations
🔹 Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics
🔹 Practice Environment: High-acuity setting requiring airway management and code team participation
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Active CRNA certification
🔹 Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain
🔹 BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
🔹 Comfortable in a Level I Trauma environment
🔹 Experience with airway management and participation in code teams
🔹 Experience with diverse case mix preferred; providers with limitations (including cardiac, OB, or epidurals) will be considered
🔹 Clean background required for emergency/temporary privileges
