CRNA Locum Needed in Rhode Island!

CRNA Locum Opportunity – Woonsocket, RI

Schedule & Coverage:
• Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour day shift)
• Call Requirements:
o Call starts at 3:00 PM on weeknights
o First Call: CRNAs take every 3rd weeknight and 4th weekend
o Second Call: MDs take call every day they work and every weekend they work
• Rotation: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
• Ongoing coverage needed

• Scheduled Coverage Dates:
o April 24-27
o April 29-May 2
o May 5-9
o May 12-16

Case Volume & Specialties:
• Approx. 3,000 cases/year, including:
o General anesthesia
o Endoscopy
o OB (~450 deliveries/year)
o Orthopedics (including some spine cases)
o Urology, gynecology, podiatry
o Cardiac (~380 cases/year in cath lab and TEE)

Team Model:
• Daily Coverage: 3 CRNAs & 1 MD
• Full Model: 4 CRNAs & 2 MDs
• Responsibilities:
o MDs: Handle preops, run boards, oversee PACU, assist as needed, and take second call
o CRNAs: Provide in-room anesthesia care during the day and take first call
