Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage in Northern Rhode Island. This position offers a collaborative team model with diverse case exposure, including OB and cardiac, and requires proficiency in blocks, spinals, and epidurals.

Assignment Details
-Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
-Schedule: Daytime coverage with first call responsibilities.
-Practice Setting: Hospital

Work Details
-Case Mix: General, Endoscopy, OB, Orthopedics (including spines), Urology, Gynecology, Podiatry, and Cardiac
-Procedures: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
-Case Volume: ~3,000 cases/year

Model Type:
-MDs: Perform preops, run boards, PACU, assist as needed, and take second call.
-CRNAs: In-room coverage during the day and take first call.
-EMR: Epic

Requirements
-Board Certification: Required (no BE accepted)
-Licensure: Active RI license
-Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
-Case Logs: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
